Anguish first appeared alongside the other members of the Graveyard Faction supporting the Cornea Killer and fighting Mouse. They gravely injured him and then left him to be found by his teammates so that they could follow them back to their base. Jamming the signals, she instructed her teammates to kill Vengeance Moth, but left her after choosing to focus on their mission of creating civilian casualties.
