Nothing is known about Bartholomew or his origin. He sought employment with the Lawton family as a butler, and has remained with them for several years.
Creation
Bartholomew was created by John Ostrander, Kim Yale, and Luke McDonnell. He made his first appearance in Deadshot #2.
Major Story Arcs
Beginnings
Working at the Lawton mansion, Bartholomew is approached by Marnie Herrs, a psychiatrist who is investigating the early life of Floyd Lawton, better known as the assassin Deadshot. He explains Floyd's relationships with his parents and brother, and his parents' relationship with each other. He reveals that Genevieve Lawton may have paid to have George Lawton killed. He refuses to confirm or deny Floyd's involvement in Edward's death or George Lawton's attempted murder.
Powers and Abilities
Bartholomew has no known superhuman powers or abilities. He is a butler and presumably skilled in duties that would be required of him.
