Creation

Bill Brazil was created by Grant Morrison and Cameron Stewart. He made his first appearance in Seven Soldiers: Guardian #2.

Bill Brazil is among several subway riders who are kidnapped by All-Beard's Sun Lubbers during a pirate raid on a subway platform. He is one of two hostages rescued by the Guardian. He is injured during the rescue, and slowly goes into shock while they are escaping the tunnels and returning to the surface.
