Nothing is known about Billy Numerous' origin or early life. His accent suggests he was born or raised somewhere in the Southern United States. At some point he joined the HIVE Academy, and remained there until it was destroyed by Cyborg. Following this, he went solo and eventually joined with several other former students to form the villainous HIVE Five.

Billy Numerous appears as a background villain and member of the HIVE Five in this comic adaptation of the animated television series. He engages in various petty crimes and attempts at one point to join a new iteration of the team being organised by Psimon and Dr Light. He fails the test along with dozens of other villains.
Powers and Abilities
Billy Numerous has the capacity to duplicate himself. His clones are perfect physical and psychological copies, and are sentient entities with free will who are able to act independently of the base Billy. He often socializes primarily or exclusively with his clones, and they appear to be his closest friends. The exact limit of clones he can create is unknown, and is certainly in the hundreds if not thousands. However there is a limit, as it is possible for him to overtax his skills. So doing will cause all clones to snap back into the base Billy, which massively shocks and overwhelms his system. He has also been observed to have enhanced strength and stamina.

Billy appears as a minor villain in six episodes of this series, making his first appearance in "Deception", and his first major speaking appearance in "Overdrive". He becomes a member of the HIVE Five, and later joins with the other villains in the onslaught against the Titans in "Calling All Titans" and "Titans Together." He is frozen along with the other villains at the end of the latter episode. He is voiced by Jason Marsden.

Billy appears as a minor supporting villain in several episodes throughout the series, typically in association with other HIVE Five members. He makes his first appearance in the episode "Super Robin." He is voiced by Scott Menville.
