Blue Moon is a magical mercenary. She was hired by Strega to destroy the Shadowpact.
Blue Moon was one of the villains who participated in the ambush against the Justice Society, led by Tapeworm. It turns out she was also working as Dr. Polaris' bodyguard on this mission.
Powers and Abilities
Blue Moon's power is dependant on the phases of the moon. She reaches full power at full moon. It was said by Jay Garrick in a fight that when the moon was full Blue Moon's strength was that of Superman.
