Little is known about Briscoe or his origins. He had at least one child, a daughter named Sheba, who died unexpectedly at a young age. He received pilot's training at some point.
Creation
Briscoe was created by John Ostrander and Luke McDonnell. He made his first appearance in Suicide Squad #1.
Major Story Arcs
Suicide Squad
Briscoe is contracted to act as the Suicide Squad's pilot, specifically piloting the highly-advanced helicopter that he refers to as Sheba. He runs many successful missions with the crew providing air support and transport. He is among the Squad members who are kidnapped by Lashina when she returns to Apokolips. He is killed by Parademons while piloting Sheba in defence of the team.
Powers and Abilities
Briscoe has no known superhuman powers or abilities. He is an extremely gifted pilot and a skilled marksman. He also displayed some mechanical skill.
