Butch Matson
Butch Matson is the infamous panicked mug on the cover of Action Comics #1 and, arguably, the first nameable villain in any of the Superman titles. He comes into conflict with Superman when he kidnaps Lois Lane from her cab after she spurns his advances at a roadhouse.
