Chac is a Despot of the Azrec nation in the Yucatan. Chac used alien technology from a crashed alien ship to maintain command of his empire and drank from a potion that extended his life and the rule of his empire. He was usurped during a revolution when the people of his empire gave him an elixir that caused amnesia.  When his memory returned he found one of his lost weapons and while searching for the rst of his arsenal he had a run-in with The Hawks.
