Origin

Clarence O'Dare, husband of Faith O'Dare, was the eldest of five siblings, all police officers in Opal City. Jack Knight, alias Starman, became a great ally and friend to The O'Dare family.

History

During Knight's time as Starman, Clarence served as The Commissioner's Official Superhero Liaison, and eventually became Commissioner of the Opal City Police Department.

Creation

Clarence O'Dare was created by writer James Robinson and artist Tony Harris. He first appears in Starman #10.
