Origin

Connie and her police science classmates got bored with learning about Gotham's criminals and decided to commit crimes themselves.

Although they are suppose to be partners, Connie, who took the codename Conundrum, tends to boss the others around like they are her personal henchmen.

Creation

Conundrum was created by Scott Lobdell for his run on Gotham City Sirens.

Conundrum and her gang have been committing murder, disguised as suicide all around Gotham City, and to make it fun for them they have been doing it in pattern that only a clever detective would even notice.

After the third murder Edward Nigma became involved, and after conversing with Batman, Edward waited for the murders with Angela, the supposed next targets twin sister. Edward is right and on cue Conundrum and two other members of the group attack Angela store, but Edward is ready.

Edward takes out the other two leaving only Conundrum and after distracting her, Batman shows up and knocks out the woman, stopping her crime spree.
