Deadly Force was first seen in The Mighty Crusaders #13 as an enemy of the Mighty Crusaders. He then resurfaced in The Red Circle: The Web as a bodyguard for Doctor Archer, who fought The Web to prevent him for sending Doctor Archer to jail. Unfortunately, he would up in jail himself after The Web took care of him.
