The only witness to the murder of #711, a crime fighter who had secretly spent his days in a prison, escaping each night to battle criminals, the man who would only be known as Destiny would be the one to first find #711’s murderer and bring him to justice, or a sort of justice when on finding where the murderer is hiding and the ghost of #711 then confronting him the criminal then jumps to his death out a window.

Destiny is able to find the criminal when he discovers that he has the ability to enter into a meditative state and sense where a crime is taking place, or has just taken place and then teleporting there!

A reluctant hero, Destiny nevertheless takes up the crime fighting duties of the late #711. 
A character loosely based on Destiny was in JLA:Destiny where many of the Quality characters appeared as heroes or villians.
