Dilemma has the ability to rearrange the Gen-factor of other Gen-actives, causing them to mutate or to gain powers. While working with Tao, she altered Grunge into a giant ape and altered Obidiah Olsen into a multiarmed teleporter.
Threshold used his mind control to force her to work for him.
Dilemma introduces herself to Sarah Rainmaker as "D". (This plotline is never followed up on.)
