Dolf
Owner and propritor of Furor's Bar in Bete Noir and friend and confidant of the Fallen Angel.
Originally from Germany, Dolf has been at Bete Noire for over 50 years. He is the bartender and owner of the most popular bar in town, Jurors. Before becoming a bartender, Dolf was already a painter, writer and involved in the world of politics.

Very rigid and firm, he does not tolerate any violence in his establishment. Despite all the scum that frequents his places, Jurors is a neutral place, and everyone knows how to behave. Otherwise, Dolf has a large collection of firearms and will not hesitate to use them to show that he does not joke with the rules.
He is a very loyal friend to Lee and will often give her his opinion on the people she meets. Their relationship is similar to a father-daughter relationship, in the sense that Lee often confides in him about her problems, and he always has the right words to reassure and comfort her. He has reserved one of his tables for Lee, so that she can meet his customers.
Very helpful, he once helped a young boy, Ezil, hide from his father who was encouraging terrorist activities. Dolf built a bunker in his bar, for this kind of emergency. Ezil would later work for him and learn the trade.
When Lee confided in him that she was pregnant, Doctor Juris was watching them from outside. Juris later invited Dolf to his house to ask him to confirm if Lee was expecting a child. Dolf learned at that moment that Juris was the father.
When Lee returns to town several months later, after giving birth, she is no longer quite the same woman. Dolf finds her impatient and furious, she has thrown 3 men through the windows and doors of his business in 2 weeks. His customers flee his bar because of her, and he’ll ask her not to come there again until she has found a way to vent her anger.
