Aquaman
The Eel Man from the Plutonian Oceans was captured by Xen the Aquarium Owner to be added to his Aquarium. When Xen came to Earth and captured Aquaman, Mera and Aqualad, they were able to break free along with Eel Man and Xen's other captives. Aquaman, with the help of Mera, then acquired Xen's duplication ray and duplicated Xen, making an obedient Xen army. Aquaman ordered the army to return Eel Man to the Plutonian Oceans.
