When Whisper A'Daire and Kyle Abbot come to Gotham City in an attempt to take over the city for Ra's al Ghul they set their sights on taking down the crime families already fighting over the new turf. Unfortunately for Escabedo and the Colombians in their cross hairs.

When Abbot blows up Able Crown's Youth Center he frames the Colombians. This leads to the Burnley Town Massive and the Colombians going to war. This lead to Escabedo attempting to sell his product and get out of town but he is kidnapped by Abbot and taken to an abandoned church.

This is where he is when Able shows up and executes the crime boss.
