Energy Boy (Bronze Age)

As Energy Boy, Sharles arrived early for the Legion recruitment tryouts. Along with various applicants he would present himself at the Legion Headquarters only to be turned away by Blok, who reminded Sharles and the other recruits to be patient. When the trials commenced later that week Sharles would patiently wait his turn, mingling with the rest of the applicants. During his turn at the tryouts, he was upstaged by Polar Boy's entrance who froze his "Nuclo-globe" in solid ice and was unable to continue. The Legionnaires thanked him politely, but rejected him. Energy Boy, humbled returned to his home world of Ventura and has not been heard from since.

Powers and Abilities

Energy Manipulation

Sharles's power comes from his mental control of nuclear forces, bound into a construct called a Nuclo-globe, which is easily disrupted by a lapse in his concentration. He has not displayed any other attributes or abilities during his tryout or any other appearances.
