He is a vigilante who patrols the streets of Keystone and Central City stopping crime-but instead of disabling and catching the criminals, he disintegrates them! He killed many villains, and the second Flash (plus the good old cops) were his enemies. Eradicator was a senator who promised to stop crime. Two angry criminals left him to die at a toxic waste dumping site-but the toxic waste gave him the power to "eradicate" living things simply by touching them and made another personality in his head that wanted to kill all criminals. Eradicator eventually killed himself as the good side, as the evil side was about to murder Flash.
