In the Golden Age, Eve Brown was the office errand girl for the Air Force.  She fell in love with a Nazi named Herr Gross, and unknowingly gave him information about the Americans.  Wonder Woman stopped Gross and Eve was imprisoned.  However, Wonder Woman was able to get Eve Brown out of her imprisonment and into the Holliday College, where she joined the Holliday Girls.  Unfortunately, she was a target of Baroness von Gunther, and was ordered to meet with her henchmen who would take her to receive special training to be a spy.  Etta Candy locked Eve Brown up as part of her initiation to the Holliday Girls, forcing her to miss her meeting.  She presumably continued on with the Holliday Girls.
