Factory was one of the protectors of "Earth Prime" before time was broken in the war between Tor and Rebborizan. As consequence of the conflict, Factory was zee-volved into a deformoid monster, under the control of Tor.
Factory is an analog of Cyborg, with Marvel's Iron-Man elements. How much his story resembles or differs from his earth 0 counterpart is unknown, same as his nature on that universe.
