Origin

Very little is known about Fights-With-Chains. At some point he descended into the subway system, where he became a member of the Sun Lubbers, one of the subway pirate crews that haunt the tunnels below New York.

Creation

Fights-With-Chains was created by Grant Morrison and Cameron Stewart. He made his first appearance in Seven Soldiers: Guardian #2

Major Story Arcs

Seven Soldiers of Victory

Fights-With-Chains joins his crew in carrying out a raid on a subway platform, and is among those clamouring to kill the Guardian as he trails behind their train. He later fights and is defeated by the Guardian when the hero launches an attack in concert with the Dead Dogs. He is on the train when it crashes, and is later seen lying in the wreckage. His fate is unknown, presumed dead.

Powers and Abilities

Fights-With-Chains has no known superhuman powers or abilities. He is physically very strong, and wields heavy chains as a weapon.
