Frank is character in the Jim Starlin saga Gilgamesh II. As it name implies, Gilgamesh II is a retold of the epic poem of Gilgamesh as a science fiction story. Frank, in this story represents the bull of heaven send by the goddess Ishtar to kill Gilgamesh after the hero rejected her advances.
Story
Frank was an unemployment man who was victim of the corporative politic dictated by Gilgamesh Bonner. COnsidering him the cause of the problems of the world, Frank associated himself with the corrupt Director Nu to kill Gilgamesh. However he wouldn't discover until later than that plan involved into transforming him in a killer cyborg.
