Character History
Gat was a mobster who was being leaned on hard by Jim Corrigan. Jim was trying to shut him down, so Gat got Louis Snipe to trick him into an ambush. Once captured, Gat put Jim in a barrel of cement and tossed him in the wharf. Jim died and came back as the Spectre and killed Gat.
