Georg Williamson
Wealthy African-American citizen of Gotham who in the 1960s was involved in a radical militant group responsible for a string of bank robberies. Williamson was later blackmailed by Wayne Franklin for monetary gain and was the second Grotesk victim. A one shot character who appeared in a Batman story in the post-Crisis universe.
