Myrna Freud, commonly known as the Hamburger Lady, is a long time resident of Arkham Asylum with severe facial deformities. She lived in near complete darkness because it was believed that seeing her disfigured face would make you go insane.
It turns out she was merely a figment of Jeremiah Arkham's imagination.
She was named after the song 'Hamburger Lady' by Throbbing Gristle, which describes a woman horribly burned and disfigured.
