Beloved child of Amadeus and Constance Arkham. For some time she lived with her parents in Metropolis, after they moved to Amadeus Mansion in Gotham. During remodeling the mansion she had recurrent nightmares, her father blamed Lewis Carroll books that Harriet read a lot.
In Amadeus words, Harriet was smart and perfectly beatutiful.
In the spring of 1921, the fugitive Martin Hawkins, a former patient of Amadeus, burst in the mansion and killed Constance and Harriet, leaving her head in a dollhouse.
