Harry, along with Charlie, encounters Batman viciously beating a criminal. Harry then orders Batman to stop beating the criminal to which Batman eventually does. Harry then arrests the two criminals Batman fought and tells Charlie that he "Wouldn't want him [Batman] made at me tonight".
