The daughter of Amanda Waller and an unknown father, Havana was born when her mother was 16, and soon after given up for adoption. She was raised in a Spanish-speaking home, and as an adult sought employment with the government. She was recommended to the Suicide Squad by Waller.
Creation
Havana was created by Keith Giffen and Paco Medina. She made her first appearance in Suicide Squad #2.

Suicide Squad
Havana acts as the second-in-command to Sergeant Rock on several Suicide Squad missions, primarily performing behind-the-scenes operation management tasks. She is captured by Antiphon and Tolteca during their group's attempt to take down the Suicide Squad. She is killed by Rustam while imprisoned after attempting to prevent him from killing Waller.
