Major Story Arcs

Vigilante

Cannon and Saber form an alliance with New York District Attorney Marcia King. The pair murder each others' bosses in order to create a power vacuum which King intends to fill. As part of the deal, following their arrest they are released by King, who then recommends the pair for the Witness Protection Program. This brings them to the attention of Vigilante, who confronts the pair, leading to a fight in which Cannon and Sabre prove victorious. However, they are prevented from killing Vigilante by the Electrocutioner, who nearly kills them. They are sent to hospital, from which they escape when Cannon throws a butter knife at Arthur Hall, cutting his throat. Some time later they are hired to kill Vigilante, and attempt to do so. However, Saber is wounded in the fight and Cannon, not wanting to risk his partner's health, flees with Saber in tow. Later still, they confront Vigilante again. He manages to manipulate Cannon into wounding, potentially killing, Saber. Cannon himself is similarly wounded; however, both survive.

Powers and Abilities

Cannon has no known superhuman powers and abilities. However, he is extremely skilled in the use of knives and blades. He is also a skilled martial artist.
