Jimmy Clark was a clown employed by Haly's Circus. He was created by Kyle Higgins and first appeared in Nightwing #1.

Jimmy is killed by The Joker with weaponized laughing gas. His body is then hung above the Haly's Circus entrance with a note reading, "No one likes a knockoff." Later, Dick Grayson goes to the morgue where he learns that Jimmy's blood contains traces of laughing gas and jet fuel. The jet fuel leads him to Kline Industries, where he finds The Joker and Raya Vestri.
