Acting as a Detective of the NYPD, Jocelyn Lure comes in contact with the Teen Titans after their fight with Superboy. Though the group of teens escape, Lure seems to be fixated on one, Bart Allen. Back in her office, she speaks to herself in Interlac, a language from the 31st century, wondering why Bart Allen is in the 21st century, claiming that he's a long tenured criminal.
