Karen was created by the writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner, and the artist Chad Hardin.
Major Story Arcs
Karen was hired to kill Harley Quinn and was able to track her down. She had not anticipated that Poison Ivy would be present, and she, and another assassin, fought both the two women. The fight ended with Karen being sliced in the gut and thrown out of a window, landing on a barbed wire fence below. After landing on the fence, her lower half detached from her torso in a gruesome fashion.
