Very little is known about Krinkley. He joined the palace guards and became a high-ranking official on the planet Rotcod, tasked with protecting the young Prince Konshu.
Creation
Krinkley was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. He made his first appearance in The Heckler #3.
Major Story Arcs
The Heckler
Krinkley attempts to protect the Prince from the Cosmic Clown, but is immediately incapacitated. Through pure chance he manages to shoot the Clown, causing it to flee.
Powers and Abilities
Krinkley has no known superhuman powers or abilities, although he is an alien and thus may possesses abilities. He is presumably trained in armed and unarmed combat.
