Origin

Lapis Lazuli was a crime boss with a body made up of pure sapphire. Lapis started out a a crook obsessed with stealing sapphires. Sher was eventually a victim of a machine that turned her body into pure sapphire. This only increased her obsession as a criminal until she was caught by Greyshirt and sentenced to death by Judge Joliet. After her death her grave was supposedly robbed to profit off her body.
