Lawrence is the fat henceman of Big Figure. He attacked Rorschach when he was in his cell after Rorschach made an insult towards him he got mad and attacked him ending up with his fingers getting brokenand then tied to the bars and Big Figure ordering his other hencman Michael to slit his throat in order to get to Rorschach. In the movie Watchmen his hands are cut of with a saw.
