The daughter of the evil dictator Rebborizan, who was overthrown by Gary Concord Sr., the first Ultra-Man. After her father's defeat, she and Concord fell in love and were married. Years later, shortly after the birth of their son, Rebborizan returned to seek revenge. The villain shot his "traitorous" daughter dead before Concord could stop him, but Concord immediately avenged her by strangling Rebborizan.
Years after her death, her son Gary Concord Jr. inherited his father's mantle as the second Ultra-Man.
