Nothing is known of the Locrix before they were wiped out by Val Yor and the Titans in "Troq." They are fist seen in hot pursuit of Val Yor through Jump City Bay, and despite putting up a good fight against the hero, they are defeated.

Galatic hero Val Yor describes the Locrix as "vicious killing machines" who want "nothing less than total galactic domination." According to Val Yor, they "believe they are superior to organics" and "determined to wipe [them] out."
It is not known if Val Yor's words are true or not, or what the true intentions of the Locrix were. Regardless, they were completely wiped out.
