Origin
Abigail O’Shay was a graduate student of Johnathan Crane aka the scarecrow. The Batfamily used to interest her a lot, she wondered how broken they would have to be to fight like that. She even wrote her doctoral thesis on it. She was one of the Scarecrow’s first guinea pigs. He kept her screaming in a box for months. He kept putting each new variation of his toxin into the box to test them. She spent over a year in Arkham recuperating from his experiments. She now uses that fear toxin as a weapon and has made herself into her own scarecrow themed villain. Madame Crow.

A team of dead villains that are resurrected by Mr.Bloom for Amanda Waller. Jason Todd leads this team. Madame Crow is one of the members.
