Mister Frost is an inventor and virtual reality expert who is based in Santa Marta, California, he and his overworked staff developed a neural transmitter capable of creating utterly convincing illusions. When the Flash came to town, Mister Frost recognized the perfect opportunity to demonstrate his device’s usefulness to the highest-paying market around, criminal masterminds. By manipulating the speedster’s perceptions and luring him into a deathtrap, he hoped use the Flash’s death as an infomercial.
