Mr. Goode saw the potential in young Terrance when he fought. He gave him a special power that would allow him to teleport and he was able to save his father who was trapped in a mine. In exchange, Mr. Goode told him that he would one day work for him or his descendants in the city of Bete Noire.
When Gilles de Rais attempts to regain control of Bete Noire, Mr. Goode will make a brief appearance to explain to Jude why they no longer want him as magistrate.
