Nightfist was a Gotham vigilante. He would stop drug deals, then steal the drugs to sell on his own. This did not go over well with the police (mostly because Nightfist was not giving them any of the cash). So a corrupt cop hired Hitman to take him down. Hitman lured Nightfist into an ambush, but before he could be finished off another hitman came to kill Hitman. Nightfist vowed revenge. He followed Hitman to a mob-boss' hideout. As soon as he broke through the window he was shot multiple times by both Tommy and the goons and eventually killed.
