Very little is known about Noriko. At some point she met and became friends with Nina.

Creation

Noriko was created by Keith Giffen, Tom Bierbaum, and Mary Bierbaum. She made her first appearance in The Heckler #3.

Noriko is introduced by her friend Nina to Stu Mosely, a regular patron of Nina's café. The pair later agree to go on a date. They attend the theatre, which comes under attack by the psychopathic C'est Hay. Noriko is abandoned by her date who, unbeknownst to her, is the hero known as Heckler.
