Q-Ball
Q-Ball is a small time pool themed villain, and is the leader of The Pool Hall Gang. He has fought Cameron Chases' father, The Acro-Bat, and has recently gone up against Batwoman and Flamebird, with help from The Pool Hall Gang. He is armed with a pool cue, and dresses all in white, with a mask made to look like a cue ball.
