Origin

Raju is a messenger for the wealthier crime families of Gotham City and worked also as an informant for the Gotham City Police Department.

Creation

Raju was created by Tony Daniel and Sandu Florea and was introduced into the DCU after the relaunch of 2011.

Dollmaker

Batman tried to get some information about the Dollmaker out of Raju but Raju only heard something about an auction - but Batman don't believed him. Raju tells him also about the Dolmakers hideout and his muscle. Later Raju shows up at the auction and offers to double the highest bid at the request of his employer the Penguin.

Penguin

Batman finds Raju dead in a bath tube, possibly killed by Jill Hampton.
