A tyrannical dictator of the 22nd century, Rebborizan was overthrown by Gary Concord Sr., the first Ultra-Man. After the tyrant's defeat, Concord fell in love with Rebborizan's daughter Leandra and married her. Several years later, after the birth of the couple's son, Rebborizan returned for revenge. The villain shot his "traitorous" daughter dead before Concord could stop him, but Concord immediately avenged her by strangling Rebborizan.
