First issue:
In an attempt to capture the living light hero known as the Flash, the criminal organization Nightwing created an evil duplicate of the girl out of negative ionic energy. Dubbed the Reverse-Flash, the new villainess attacked the Flash the the premiere of her new holographic movie while disguised as the hologram-version of the Flash. While Reverse Flash believed her ionic powers would disrupt the photonic form of the Flash, she was easily defeated.
Powers
Reverse Flash is a being composed of negative ions, and can alter her ionic form to look like other people. She can also fly at near-lightspeed, fire blasts of ionic power, and has some limited light-manipulation powers.
