Smax killed him so as to fascilitate their escape together. Whilst in their homeland she was dressed like a typical barbarian heroine and wielded an axe. It is unclear whether she was actually a hero and if so whether she took up Smax's job as hero when he left or was one for a long time. After some discussion with Toybox Smax agreed to take her back with him and they are now lovers living together in Neopolis.
