He was created by the DNA-project (from Scrappers DNA), along with other scrapper troopers.
He bumped into the Newsboy Legion, and helped them get out of the DNA-headquarters (they were held on observation, because they were sick, which they didn`t like). He went along with them, and helped them fight against various threats. After Jack Kirby's last issue on the series, he was never seen again.
Skills
Scrapper trooper is an excellent soldier, capable of using many weapons. He`s also a skilled fighter, and can get to many places, due to his small size (which he cannot alter).
