History

Former Chilean Military Officer Augusto Gutierrez became a mercenary and became a suspect in a series of 'disappearances' in Chile. After losing his left arm in a chopper accident, the merc was left with a debilitating injury and no health insurance. Augusto offered his services to Project M as a private contractor in exchange for a cybernetic arm outfitted with a sonic disruptor.
