Slodd was one of the parasitic aliens that served as the main atagonists in Bloodlines. After awakening with his brethren from stasis aboard their ship he took part in slaughtering a squad of L.E.G.I.O.N. officers and was responsible for accidentally empowering Layla after feeding on her spinal fluid. He was killed shortly afterwards by a grenade to the face from Lobo. His death managed to weaken the collective shape-shifting abilities of his fellow Parasites. 
 
While his appearance was short-lived, it can be assumed that Slodd had powers similar to the rest of his alien brethren. Being the incarnation of sloth, it's no surprise that he came across as rather lazy - mostly being shown by the fact that he was the only one of his group that wished to stay in stasis.
